I offer three main categories of service:
Weekly Property Checks: Exterior and interior inspections, heating/plumbing checks, pest monitoring, smart home status, and more.
Arrival & Departure Prep: Thermostat adjustments, fridge stocking, hot tub prep, lights on, beds made, etc.
Vendor Coordination: Managing snow plows, landscapers, cleaners, handymen, and other trusted local contractors.

How much do your services cost?
Prices vary depending on the size of your home and how often you’d like checks. Here’s a general idea:
Property Checks: Starting at $99/month
Arrival/Departure Services: Starting at $99
Vendor Coordination: $50–$100/hour or by retainer

Do you offer airport pickup or shuttle services?
Yes! I can coordinate or arrange transportation from the Driggs Airport, transportation is also available from Idaho Falls and Jackson. Of course I ensure your home is ready when you walk in the door.
Do you offer keyholding or home access for deliveries?
Yes. I act as your trusted local contact and can:
Receive and secure packages
Grant access to service providers
Open up the home for special deliveries (furniture, appliances, etc.)
Do you clean homes?
While I don’t offer cleaning directly, I can schedule and oversee housekeeping, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning with local pros that I know well. I also coordinate post-departure cleaning and guest readiness.
Can you help with snow removal and winterization?
Yes. I coordinate:
Snow plowing and shoveling
Roof snow removal
Gutter cleaning
Plumbing winterization
Heating system readiness
Can you stock the fridge or deliver items before I arrive?
Absolutely! Pre-arrival grocery shopping is one of the most popular services. I can also:
Pick up dry cleaning or flowers
