🏠 Weekly Home Checks
While you're away, I keep a close eye on your home with detailed, boots-on-the-ground inspections. From heating systems to hot tubs, I check that everything’s running smoothly—and catch issues before they become problems.

Inspect all exterior doors and windows for proper operation, leaks, and security
Walk the exterior perimeter for signs of damage or unusual activity
Test heating systems: geothermal, radiant, forced air, or electric
Check plumbing system: cycle all fixtures and inspect for leaks
Monitor water and septic systems, including filtration and treatment units
Inspect the electrical panel for tripped breakers; adjust seasonal circuits as needed
Test generator operation and schedule maintenance or repairs if necessary
Confirm hot water heater is functioning
Test appliances for operational status
Schedule inspection for fire suppression system
Check hot tub for temperature, clarity, and proper function
Test alarm/security system and schedule maintenance as needed
Check TV and audio systems for proper operation
Inspect and replace interior and exterior lightbulbs as needed
Test and clean smoke detectors; replace batteries every 6 months
Ensure fireplace flue is closed when the home is unoccupied
Inspect fire extinguishers and confirm they’re properly pressurized
Monitor for signs of pests or rodents
Vehicle check: start and run vehicles, check battery, fluids, tire pressure; schedule maintenance or seasonal tire changes as needed
Monitor propane levels; schedule refills and conduct smell/leak checks
Check water softener salt levels and add salt if needed
Inspect irrigation system; activate, deactivate, and adjust as necessary

🚪 Pre-Arrival & Departure
Whether you’re pulling into the driveway or heading out of town, I’ll make sure your home is perfectly prepped or properly secured. From fridge stocking to final walkthroughs, I handle the details so you can relax.
